A mandatory tourist tax applies to all guests aged over 14 years, not included in the room rate.
- 0–3 years: free
- 3–6 years: 50% discount
- 6–10 years: 20% discount
- Baby cot: €15,00 per day

A deposit of 30% is required at booking, payable via credit card or bank transfer. This is non-refundable in case of cancellation. Balance is due upon departure.

- 30–15 days: 40% of booking value
- 14–8 days: 60% of booking value

We recommend taking out travel insurance.
If you delay or cancel a booked vacation or do not start it at all, you are financially protected with our cancellation insurance.
With a travel insurance no deposit is necessary.
On the day of arrival the booked rooms/apartments are available from 3:00 pm.
On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the rooms/apartments by 10:00 am. at the latest. We need this time to prepare the rooms cleanly and lovingly for the arriving guests. Thank you for your understanding!
We accept cash (as permitted by law), debit and credit cards.
We offer free shuttle service to and from Dobbiaco train station.
